Professor Onyejekwe spoke on the importance of looking beyond aid and financing volumes and addressing the imperative of “Mutual Accountability and Governance to ensure Development effectiveness”, particularly in light of the fact that a lot of aid recipients in the LDCs are not on course to meet the SDGs targets.
